Locals are quite spoiled here in the Summer. The gully will remain open to the public during and after construction.

Inflatable rafts, kayaks, motorboats, inner tubes... Basically anything that floats a human can be seen here all summer long.

Nantasket Beach, affectionately referred to by locals as the 'Big Beach', is four miles long and ends at the southern most entrance to scenic Boston Harbor.

A stunning panoramic shot from the plateau of the East lot at sunset...

The Valley. A 25' drop, straight down into the Atlantic with rock monoliths.

A sunset view from the corner of Atlantic & Montana Avenues

A View of the West Lot as seen from up on Burr road, 33' above sea level looking East.

Below is a view of the family houses at night and the East lot as seen from Stony Beach

We are currently seeking investors for this ambitious project.
